· Purchase-Sale Process:
- You must present your ticket in printed format or bring it on your mobile device.
- For security reasons, the ticket is nominative, that is, they will be linked to your name and ID and cannot be transferred to another person if the owner of the ticket cannot attend.
- We recommend not publishing photographs of the entrance, since it can be usurped.

· Security measures of this edition:
- * Constant update through PROCICAT: As of May 2021 the regulations are updated weekly. The festival will be subject to the current regulations that PROCICAT stipulates between July 1 to 11
- Capacity Limited to 250 People in total, with visibility and social distance.
- Minors must be accompanied by a legal tutor who will be responsible for them throughout the event.
- Access only by reservation (Ticket Purchase).

·Return policy:
- The cancellation of the event due to a major cause will entail the refund of the full amount of the value of the ticket.

- This return is independent and incompatible with the Mapfre return insurance offered by entradium during the purchase-sale process.
